Negrutu is unfortunately blind in one eye and vision impaired int the other one. He is a healthy little chap and if could see past his handicap, he would a loving pet.
All he needs is a loving forever home, he will be neutered, de-wormed, de-flead, fully vaccinated and chipped, ready for his new home.
